Rite Tile UK Ltd was founded by Martin & Ian Billingham in 2013. Their sole objective was to become the most reliable business supplying, installing porcelain & ceramic tiles, to builders across the Mercia region of the U.K. The company has grown organically from repeat business and delivering on our promise to the housebuilders. This has been achieved by staying within agreed budgets and working and exceeding tight timeframes set by site management.
We take a pro-active approach with our site management and engage in frequent meetings and advanced production programs. We update and streamline regularly. We prefer this proactive approach Vs a more conventionally re-active approach and waiting on call-offs as we have found this can lead to operational and issues with delays.
The key to our success to date has come via customer and staff retention. Our strategy is to continue to grow and work with the most sort after, professional and organised house builders within the market. We aim to provide long term stability to our staff, creating the right mix of professionalism & flexibility within our business culture. This in turn helps sustain the momentum required during busy periods, and our client’s financial year ends.
Everything we do is driven from a corporate background knowledge and savvy operating systems, held together with a family business feel. We want to ensure we are doing everything we can to improve our operation despite being a SME and retain that family run business feel that made us.
